Garrett Popcorn Shops is giving away free bags of caramel popcorn today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for National Caramel Popcorn Day!
The "inspiring" part-- for every bag they hand out today, they'll donate $1 to "Save the Children" to assist children in Japan impacted by the earthquake and tsunami.
